MPC’s focus revolves around Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations, influencing how we engage with clients, oversee our internal operations, and shape our workplace practices. Given our role as a provider of commercial real estate services, it is imperative that we take into account the surrounding environment within which our constructed spaces exist and expand.

We actively seek recognised accredited carbon offset projects to mitigate the facets of our ecological footprint that require gradual transformation and support the development of natural and sustainable infrastructure.

To this end MPC are working with the Carbon Literacy Project to raise awareness, both within our company and in conjunction with our clients, around carbon impacts associated with daily actions, along with the capacity and drive to diminish these emissions, whether at the individual, community, or organisational level. MPC are recognised as a Carbon Literate Organisation and is something we are committed to improving upon as we continue to grow.
